Ryan McKenzie has worked in the fitness industry as a coach and personal trainer for over 12 years and has amassed more than 10,000 hours in 1-on-1, group, and team training. His knack for fitness and coaching runs deep – his father was a football coach, physical education instructor, and small business entrepreneur and his mother was a guidance counselor and educator.
