Warner Music Appoints Marcela Vaccari as VP, Business Development, Latin America and Spain

Warner Music has appointed Marcela Vaccari as Vice President, Business Development, Latin America and Spain. She will be based in Miami and report to Iñigo Zabala, President, Latin America and Iberia, Warner Music.

In her new role, Vaccari will work on enhancing Warner Music’s existing business partnerships and striking new deals to help grow revenue for the record company and its artists.

Everyone’s been talking about the global explosion of Latin Music, but what’s less well-known are the accompanying commercial opportunities for artists across the Latin markets themselves. I want to make sure that we’re in a position to pioneer the future growth of our industry and connect our artists’ music to the widest possible audience.”

Iñigo Zabala adds: “Marcela is an incredibly talented and hard-working executive. She’s built great relationships with our partners and is always keen to explore new opportunities on behalf of our artists. This new role is recognition of her amazing efforts to date and I have high expectations of what she’ll achieve in the future.”

Vaccari first joined the company in 2007 as a New Media and Business Assistant at Warner Music Argentina. In 2012, she became New Media and Business Manager for Southern Cone Latin America. In that role Vaccari worked closely with Warner Music’s business partners across the region and reported to the company’s regional headquarters in Miami.

Originally from Buenos Aires, Vaccari holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Institutional Relations and Advertising from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE).
