BNY Mellon names Katherine Starks Head of Asset Servicing in Germany

BNY Mellon, a global leader in investment management and investment services, has appointed Katherine Starks as head of its asset servicing business in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and CEE region. This was announced today by Daron Pearce, CEO, BNY Mellon EMEA Asset Servicing.

As head of the asset servicing business, Starks will lead the growth of BNY Mellon’s custody, depositary and fund accounting services in the region. Beyond established custody and administration services, she will oversee the delivery of value-added services, including BNY Mellon’s digital strategy.

"Katherine brings deep knowledge of the European market and extensive experience in leading world-class teams and especially serving client needs in Germany.”

Starks was formerly Head of Continental Europe for sales, relationship and account management for the Euroclear group, where she led a large, multi-location team and oversaw sales, client retention and satisfaction.
