Global Triad, Inc. Announces Newly Formed Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Global WiFi Plus, Inc.

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- 10/22/2004 -- GLOBAL TRIAD, INC. (OTC: GTRD), traded on the Over The Counter Pink Sheets, announced today that their newly formed wholly owned subsidiary, Global WiFi Plus, Inc., has signed its first contract to provide next generation wireless broadband technology to Ocean Manor Hotel and Condo Resort located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The contract states that Global WiFi Plus will install the necessary equipment to allow Ocean Manor’s customers and personnel access to wireless high speed broadband services anywhere on the hotel premises and out to sea up to ten (10) miles for those customers using boats or yachts. Installation of antenna and wireless equipment is expected to be complete within one week.
