(SMY: TSX), an international provider of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) hardware solutions announced today information with regards to the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and web cast, which is scheduled for Monday March 27th, 2006.

SAMSys’ AGM of shareholders will be held at 9:00 a.m. EST on Monday, March 27, 2006, in Toronto, Ontario, in the Market Gallery at the TSX Broadcast and Conference Centre, located on street level in the Exchange Tower at 130 King Street West.
