AT&T Inc. to Release First-Quarter 2006 Earnings April 25

San Antonio, Texas, March 22, 2006, AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) will release its first-quarter 2006 financial results on Tuesday, April 25, 2006. The company’s earnings release, Investor Briefing and related earnings materials will be available on AT&T’s website at www.att.com/investor.relations by 8 a.m. Eastern Time.

AT&T will also host a conference call to discuss the results at 10 a.m. ET the same day. The conference call will be webcast live over the Internet at www.att.com/investor.relations and will be available for replay at the same address.

AT&T will release second-quarter 2006 results on Tuesday, July 25, and third-quarter 2006 results on Monday, Oct. 23.
