20 million euro for technology in Spanish Shopping Centres

29 March 2006, Gouda- Imtech ( technical services provider in Europe ) is responsible for the technology in four shopping and leisure centres in Spain . All projects are acquired by Imtech España and are located in the area’s Madrid , Málaga and Cartagena . The total contract value of these projects is 20 million euro.

Imtech will provide the technical infrastructure designed for a complete solution for healthy climate control, air conditioning, heating and ventilation as well as fire protection and energy savings.

Aais being constructed on a 2.6 hectare site and includes a hypermarket and modern facilities for fashion, leisure and restaurants. The Leisure and Shopping Centre Vialia Málaga will have a surface area of 45,000 square metres for about hundred commercial outlets, a large hotel area as well as a wide range of leisure and shopping opportunities. Espacio Mediterráneo Project, situated in Cartagena, includes 100,000 m2 of retail stores, a casino, cinema and 4,500 parking spaces.

All projects will be finished in the second half of 2007.
