New Training Program for Real Estate Virtual Assistants
January 27, 2005 -- Announcing the first all-inclusive training course for Real Estate Virtual Assistants. Pamela Braue, Repa, GVA, President of PS: We Assist … Real Estate Virtual Assistants has put together a team of experts in the Virtual Assistance industry, who specialize in the Real Estate field, to train Virtual Assistants in working with Real Estate Professionals.
"As Real Estate Professionals are one of the largest industries using Virtual Assistants, there will be an upcoming need for Virtual Assistants to be trained to support this industry" says Braue. Seeing this need, Braue contacted some industry-experts to collaborate on providing a complete training course to Virtual Assistants who would like their niche to be in the Real Estate field.
Braue has joined forces with industry-experts such as Janet Jordan, MVA, Preva, President of Virtual Assistance U and one of the leading trainers in the Virtual Assistance industry; Gretchen Berg, MVA, PREVA, CRESS, owner of Berg Business Solutions and leading industry trainer in Online Transaction Coordination; and Carollee Grindel, Preva, owner of Virtual SOS, a licensed Realtor® and expert in TopProducer 7i and Risk Management for Real Estate Assistants. These four women have put together a comprehensive training program including topics from Introduction to Real Estate Virtual Assistance all the way to Online Transaction Coordination. Classes will also include an overview of the programs that many Real Estate Professionals use, as well as a class on marketing your Real Estate Virtual Assistance practice. Participants will also receive six one-on-one mentoring sessions with their course. Each class module will be offered separately for those Virtual Assistants who have taken some of the classes, but still want the rest of the training.
In the past, if you wanted to specialize in Real Estate Virtual Assistance, you had to get your training piece by piece. You had to take some classes from one trainer and others from somewhere else. Never before has the Virtual Assistance industry had a complete training course for Real Estate. Previously, you had to take classes when they were available, instead of learning the processes in a particular order. For more information on the modules included, please visit www.psweassist-realestate.com/training.htm.
The Real Estate Virtual Assistant training program is a 12-week course and will be starting on February 8, 2005. There will be two new classes starting each month, with an evening class and a daytime class. The class will be held in the voice-interactive training room at Virtual Assistance U and participants will need a headset or microphone and speakers to fully participate in the class.
To enroll in the class, participants will have to have had some type of formalized Virtual Assistant training (ie. Virtual Assistance U or AssistU), OR have been in a full-time Virtual Assistant practice for at least one year. Braue stated, "We see this course as a follow-up to your formalized Virtual Assistance training, similar to having to complete a fellowship to specialize in a specific area of medicine" Upon completion, participants will be able to apply for the Certified Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Creva) certification from VACertification.com.
If you would like to enroll in the course, or be put on the waiting list, please visit www.psweassist-realestate.com.
