PROSPER, TEXAS—February 8, 2012—PAC Fitness is adding 2,000 square feet to its existing location on North Coleman in Prosper and creating “The Jungle” Cross Conditioning Center. The Jungle is different than other cross conditioning centers because it is part of the PAC Fitness Club. Members will have access to everything that PAC Fitness has to offer, including free, year-round tanning, luxury locker rooms, free childcare and group exercise classes plus all that The Jungle has to offer for a reasonable price—all under one roof.
In The Jungle, members will discover alternative training methods. It’s especially geared towards competitive people looking to bring out their inner athlete. Unlike other cross conditioning centers, The Jungle at PAC is climate controlled and open even when classes are not being offered. So, just because you miss a class, you won’t miss out on your workout. PAC Fitness personal trainers, who are all experienced and nationally certified, will be available in The Jungle throughout business hours to answer questions and make sure members are using proper form, etc.
The Jungle will not have traditional weight and cardio machines but rather ropes, tires, rowers, agility ladders, slam balls, benches, heavy bags, medicine balls, pull up bars and much more.
Several Cross Conditioning Classes will be offering in The Jungle including No Fear, Hotter than Hell, Psycho 60, Lift and Shift, Boot Camp, MMA Training, Kickboxing, Hot Yoga and special classes for kids.
“The Jungle is intended to push our members harder than they’ve ever been pushed before. We’ll be offering extreme workouts in an edgy and aggressive environment. Members will experience a cross conditioning workout like no other,” said John Hickey, Owner of PAC Fitness.
Existing PAC Fitness members can upgrade their membership during the month of February for $10 a month for an individual, $15 a month for a couple or $20 a month for the entire family. This special rate is 50% off the retail price and is only available until the end of February.
