Convergys Hosts Open House in Rohrmoser

San Jose, Costa Rica, March 27, 2014  --  Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), the global provider of customer management, is hiring Network Engineers for its support center in Rohrmoser.

Interested candidates are invited to attend the Open House planned for Monday, March 31st and Tuesday, April1st from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in our Rohrmoser site, located west of Plaza Mayor.

Network engineers will deliver specialized service for a top networking company, providing the kind of innovative thinking, partnership, and commitment that enable the world’s best networks. As part of our highly specialized team, they will produce the world’s largest and most demanding networks, including routing, switching, security, application acceleration, identity policy and control.

This program arrived in Costa Rica in 2013 and has grown since in the areas of telecommunications offering for the first time an alternative for the certifications in data networks and IP communications.  The team currently employs 45 people and is expected to double in size by the end of June.   

Potential candidates should possess deep Networking knowledge in Switching, Routing or Security, enterprise support experience, and excellent English skills.  Level 1 engineers require at least 6 months of experience while Level 2 engineers require a minimum of 2 years of experience.
