Author Helps Readers Discover Their True Selves through Her Book

By writing Voices of the Heart, Linda Pestana hopes to empower each reader to get rid of the baggage—memories, people, or environment—that keeps us down and to always choose to dwell on the good and true things of life.

In her book, Linda opens up on the difficult times that drove her to a choice which changed her life forever. She recalls the struggles she encountered to find answers to some of life’s unrelenting questions: Who am I? Where am I going? What do I want out of life?

About the Author

Linda Lambert Pestana received her master of arts in creation spirituality degree from Holy Names College and got her clinical pastoral education at the Interfaith Healthcare Ministries. A certified bereavement facilitator, she received certification for spiritual direction from the Mercy Center of Colorado. She has spoken internationally and is best known for appearing on Lisa Ling’s Our America on the Oprah Winfrey Network.
