With forty-years of experience as a medical doctor, two years of it spent with NIH research and thirteen years as member of a HMO staff-model, Dr. Nelson A. Paguyo is an expert in medicine and healthcare practices. Dr. Paguyo retired from practice in 2005 and started writing about healthcare then on.
