Sudbury, Ontario, CANADA – WEBWIRE

Quote: Everything homeowners need to know about building or buying cheaper and better homes is found in this compact book.

Timeless, practical, and insightful – these are the words that best describe Jean Eugene Havel’s book titled “Habitat y Vivienda.”

Published by the Editorial Universitaria de Buenos Aires in 1961, the book, originally written in French, was translated into Spanish by Ricardo I. Zelarayán. “Habitat y Vivienda,” which roughly translates to ‘housing and housing’ in English, was also translated into classical and modern Chinese.

The author aims his book towards homeowners and housing policy owners in his native France and Europe. “Habitat y Vivienda” addresses housing issues, which require resources and solutions from public and private sectors, and points out the important role of technology in enabling affordable and better quality housing for homeowners.

“Habitat y Vivienda” does more than just walk would-be homeowners through housing issues. It prepares them for actual homeownership. The book offers recommendations on construction materials, homebuilding techniques, financing, etc.

The author believes his book will be of great validity for would-be homeowners in Latin America, thus the Spanish translation of his book.

Would-be homeowners have in their hands not just a manual that will help them make their dream home a reality, but also the power to decide their financial future and maximize the biggest investment they could ever make in their life.

The author hopes that the information he shares in “Habitat y Vivienda” will benefit homeowners living in the biggest housing markets in the world.

Jean Eugene Havel’s “Habitat y Vivienda” is available at Amazon.

About the Author
Jean-Eugčne Havel is the author of a dozen of books written in French, a number of which have been translated into second and third languages. Havel holds a doctorate from the oldest university of Paris, the Sorbonne, and has spent much of later adulthood living and teaching in Ontario, Canada. Havel claims that Anderson, Homer, and the Arab story-tellers made him understand the great adventure on the sea under the skies but that it was the Second World War which made him understand the importance of the individual human being, peace, liberty, and democracy and it has been these values which have driven his writing.
