Jennifer’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions in complex civil litigation, including consumer financial services class actions and business disputes.  Prior to joining Leclair Ryan, Jennifer practiced complex civil litigation at several large national law firms, where she represented financial institutions and other clients in antitrust and other complex civil litigation.  Jennifer has also held senior in-house litigation positions at several large financial institutions. She is a frequent speaker and author on litigation and financial services topics.
