In the novel “It’s a Sin to Be Boring,” we follow the story of a woman named Rebelle Palatine, who works as a model for a major department store in New York City, as she goes about her life and determine where true liberty lies in her own way. Nancy Singletary, the author of this novel, aims to unlock the curiosity of her readers by pulling them in with intrigue of history.
As the novel progresses, it makes brief accounts of the different presidential figures that had played a role in the development of liberty and freedom within America. Being an intriguing historical fiction, the story is set around the time of the Second World War.

About the author
Nancy Singletary currently resides in Florida. She owns a small-town bookstore and tutors students there. Prior to being a tutor, she was a teacher at a public school in Florida. She was also the author of an industrial article titled “What’s the Value of Earned Value.” She also has plenty of experience being a project manager, which allowed her to work in some government agencies.
Nancy has always had a strong interest in history because she knows the actions of the past has a strong influence upon events that will occur in the present.
