Network Norway Select Messaging Platforms from Jinny Software

Jinny’s innovative solutions and industry expertise clinch deal

BARCELONA, 12th February 2007 – Jinny Software, a leading supplier of personalised messaging and media processing platforms to mobile network operators, today announced it has successfully completed its project with Network Norway to implement a complete Multimedia Messaging Centre (MMSC) solution including modules such as Mobile Number Portability and Legal Intercept, a WAP Gateway, and a Real-time Charging Gateway all fully managed by Jinny’s Operations and Maintenance Console.

Network Norway, formerly ID-Gruppen, went live in May 2006. In 2006 Lyse Tele, Katalysator and Orkla came in as shareholders, giving the company the necessary means to become a fully-fledged GSM operator. Network Norway is the third GSM 900 operator in Norway and offers mobile services across the country.

Jinny Software clinched the deal with Network Norway by offering a clear understanding of the telecom industry, innovative and proven solid solutions combined with consultancy and advice each step of the way. Network Norway will be offering a wide selection of competitively priced innovative services that target the corporate segment.
