Jim Gardner’s “You Have the Talent, So Where Is the Money?” to Inspire Aspiring Artists & Professionals to Turn Talents into Income

Author Jim Gardner released the book, “You Have the Talent, So Where Is the Money?” last June 17, 2020.

The author’s main goal for penning this book is to help anyone who wants to turn their talents into income. While he refers mostly to visual arts in this book, the same rules apply to any profession that allows the person to express oneself creatively.

Jim Gardner helps readers to uncover their hidden potential and become the best versions of themselves by fulfilling a sense of purpose in their lives. The author believes that by using one’s talents in a way that benefits others, one can live a more satisfying, more fulfilling life.

About Jim Gardner

Jim Gardner was born in Wisconsin in 1951. He received his bachelor’s or art degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1973. His first dream was to become a rock star, but his mother wanted him to be an artist. He enjoyed a successful music career until his mid-thirties, when it became time to redirect his creative energies.

He learned that the key to happiness is to figure out what you love to do, then find a way to get paid to do it, and the key to success is that you can get paid to do anything as long as it benefits someone.

After the music business lost its charm, Jim Gardner returned to his art skills. He worked in ad agencies, print shops, and painted signs. Airbrushing t-shirts at car shows led to custom painting cars and motorcycles.

Today, Gardner creates murals as a full time business in the Phoenix, AZ area. He dreams of teaching other talented individuals to make the most of their God-given abilities through his book, “You Have the Talent, So Where Is the Money?”
