DoBrain, a company that provides a cognitive development solution for children, was selected among hundreds of candidates as one of the World Economic Forum’s Technology Pioneers. The Seoul-based Korean start-up diagnoses and treats early childhood developmental disorders and educates children through interactive digital solutions, collaborating with multiple clinical research partners in Korea, Israel and the United States.
 
The World Economic Forum’s Technology Pioneers are early to growth-stage companies from around the world that are involved in the use of new technologies and innovation that are poised to have a significant impact on business and society.
 
With its innovative technology and the latest findings in neuroscience, DoBrain helps children treat intellectual disability and develop cognitive skills. The Korean start-up has developed its AI-based diagnosis and monitoring tool ‘D-RAY’, digital therapeutics(DTx) program for intellectual disability ‘D-KIT’, and the cognitive developmental education program ‘DoBrain EDU’. Since its launch in 2017, more than 600,000 children worldwide have used the DoBrain program.
