American producer, Christopher Pearson, “Turn Me Up YC,” who hails from outside of Memphis, Tennessee, has been exposed to music his entire life. He learned how to play the drums when he was just four years old and by age 13, he had mastered the piano. While in high school, YC started deejaying and that eventually led him to the world of music production. He first emerged on the hip-hop scene through his collaboration with Memphis rapper Dee Mula on the song “Crank Up,” which has more than two million views on YouTube and later gained prominence with Pooh Shiesty’s 3x RIAA platinum-certified hit “Back In Blood.” Most recently, YC collaborated with rapper Moneybagg Yo on the RIAA platinum-certified hits “Me vs. Me” and “Said Sum,” as well as “Time Today,” which also hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Rap Airplay chart.
