Bain & Company announces 78 new partner and expert partner promotions

We are pleased to announce the promotion of 78 individuals to senior leadership positions of partner and expert partner. We would also like to recognize and welcome the 50 partners and expert partners who have joined Bain over the last year.

We congratulate these next generation leaders for their commitment to upholding our firm’s values and delivering on exceptional client results. These individuals reflect our collective ambition to building a more sustainable, equitable and inclusive world, joining together our growing global footprint and the broad inclusion and diversity that powers our talent model.

Within this class, more than a quarter of our recent promotions to partner are women and more than half are based in EMEA and APAC, representing 33 of our total 63 offices around the world.
