Barnes & Noble Selects Lan Samantha Chang’s The Family Chao as February 2022 National Book Club Selection

The Barnes & Noble Book Club pick for February 2022 is The Family Chao by Lan Samantha Chang.  

The B&N Book Club has an astonishing track record for propelling books into the bestseller lists and has established the careers of many authors, including most recently Brit Bennett, Rumaan Alam, Chris Bohjalian, Zakiya Dalila Harris and Miranda Cowley Heller. Book Club picks are novels of power and distinction that Barnes & Noble booksellers across the country champion with gusto.

Barnes & Noble will be hosting a free live virtual event with Lan Samantha Chang on Tuesday, March 8th at 3:00 PM Eastern Time. The Family Chao author will be in a round table conversation with Shannon DeVito, Director of Books at Barnes & Noble, and Miwa Messer, the host of Poured Over, The B&N Podcast. Registration via Eventbrite is required, and the virtual event will be hosted on Zoom.
