Catch the book display of Clarence Causby’s Faustian novel “Soul Exchange” at the 2022 Tucson Festival of Books

Clarence Causby’s “Soul Exchange” is one of the thousands of new titles that self-publishing and book marketing company ReadersMagnet will be publicly displayed at their booth for the Tucson Festival of Books on March 12-13, 2022, at the University of Arizona Mall, Tucson, AZ.
 
“Soul Exchange” is a compelling Christian supernatural thriller that tells the story of Xavier Townsend, who goes to college so he could land a great job to help out his mother and make a wonderful life for himself and his girlfriend. To do this, he inadvertently sells his soul. From there, Xavier’s life takes a downward spiral. He begins to experience strange visions and encounters. Though he tries to stay focused, he is still tortured from the dealings of selling his soul.
 
In writing “Soul Exchange,” Causby simply transferred the images that he envisioned as an author to his book. He said: “About eight years ago, I was off from work, and I was just sitting at the computer. I got these images in my head. I thought nothing of it. So a few days later, I got the same images in my head but more of it, and I knew it was telling a story.”
 
He shared with his mother the images he had envisioned and how they were supposed to be written as a book. She said to him, “God is telling you to write that book.” So, from this unique calling from God and his mother’s exhortation, Causby wrote and published “Soul Exchange” after years of plotting and effort.
 
“God gave me the inspiration for this book. I had a thought and pushed the thought out of my head, but the thought kept coming back. That’s when I finally decided to write the book.”
