Specifically, his role is to dispute propaganda being promoted by the radical left. Once again, he finds true love at his job. This time, with the newspaper editor’s daughter, his direct assistant. As the country divides further and further before Winston’s eyes, he finds that the future is far from certain, but it does not look good.
