Visma acquires Declarando, broadening its offering within accountancy and tax software for freelancers in Spain
Visma has acquired a majority stake in Declarando, the fastest-growing accountancy and tax software company for Spanish freelancers. The deal strengthens Visma’s growing presence in Spain.
Launched in 2016, Declarando helps its customers to save money and time, combining technology and a savvy team of tax lawyers. The platform was designed exclusively for freelancers and aims to simplify the invoicing, accountancy, bookkeeping, taxes and financial control of thousands of small business owners.
