Former Google and Ziflow Leaders Join Zipline to Boost Engagement Across Retail Brands and Power Field Associates in Retail’s New Era
Chirag Mehta and Amyra Rand will join Zipline as Chief Product Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales, respectively
Zipline, the leading field enablement platform for distributed teams, today announced the appointment of Chirag Mehta as Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Amyra Rand as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales. The leadership expansion will help Zipline accelerate product innovation and enter new verticals and geographies.
Chirag Mehta brings over 20 years of experience building and scaling enterprise software businesses. Most recently, Mehta was Chief Product Officer at iCIMS, the largest cloud-based talent acquisition suite with $300+ million ARR. There, Mehta led the charter to design and deliver the end-to-end unified Talent Cloud experience across the iCIMS portfolio of talent acquisition products to its ~4,500 customers that employ more than 35 million people worldwide.
Prior to joining iCIMS, Mehta had various leadership roles at Google, where he led several efforts to drive the adoption and growth of Google Cloud, helping it grow from $4B a year to $4B a quarter.
The foundation of these experiences lies in Mehta’s 10-year history at SAP, where he put data-first solutions in place to reimagine enterprise software scenarios, leveraging the power of machine learning and AI. As former Vice President of Product Marketing and Business Development, Mehta was instrumental in SAP HANA, a database as a service (DBaaS) software for modern applications and analytics across all enterprise data. As part of the initial viral success, Mehta worked closely with the field to educate, evangelize, and help accelerate revenue growth.
At Zipline, Mehta will leverage his extensive experience to lead the company’s engineering, product management, and product design teams.

Rand will leverage her experience scaling high-performing software sales teams as the company rapidly expands into new retail sectors.
