Knowledge management company, Lynk, acquires Juven to improve members management for its members association customers

Lynk, an AI-driven knowledge management platform, announced its acquisition of Juven, a multi-use members engagement and events registration platform that benefits membership associations, marketers and event organizers. 

Membership organizations are looking for better ways to engage with their members yet require increased coordination to help them interact and promote knowledge sharing amongst their peers. Lynk Circle is set to help membership organizations by:

• Enhancing engagement: Digital interface for asynchronous knowledge sharing, complementing in-person interactions

• Providing tangible member benefits: Helping members level up with easy access to their organization’s network and knowledge

• Creating platform value: Enabling knowledge sharing to generate value unique to an organization’s ecosystem

 A recent report from the ASAE Research Foundation stated, “associations need to rethink how they can provide value to members regarding information and knowledge as they can play a role in helping members determine the most important and most relevant information for their needs.”

Juven’s platform capabilities seamlessly complement Lynk Circle’s existing knowledge management solutions. Unveiled in May, Lynk’s purpose-built SaaS solution, Lynk Circle, enables businesses and organizations to unlock knowledge and insights in their people networks to increase productivity and offer added benefits to employees and members.

The features will allow membership organizations to engage members with events and simple email marketing. Members’ interaction with the association is enhanced as a result.

The solution enables member organizations to manage and own their membership systems, customize virtual membership cards, review and approve every member application they receive with the option to make them exclusive or invite anyone to join.

On the event management side, Juven offers an array of capabilities, including flexible ticketing, a customizable event page, and payment solutions.
