About The Owner

Kyleigh Haynes spent her career in the insurance and financial services industries. She began with a successful career in the auto and home insurance industry. Her exceptional skills and work ethic landed her in the top 1% of agents for her category during her rookie year working for Liberty Mutual. Haynes followed by obtaining various other insurance and investment licenses and ran her own financial planning practice, where she gained an impressive understanding of financing principles. Her expertise in finance has proven valuable in the real estate investment category, where she is now a leading figure.

When she is not at the office, you can find Kyleigh Haynes riding around on her ATV, playing with her Great Dane, Oakley, or spending time with family. She also enjoys working out, playing guitar, and helping out her community. Haynes is an active stakeholder to many charitable organizations in the area and donates a lot of hours every year helping out organizations such as the F.O.P., The Humane Society, and New Lease on Life, to name a few.

Kyleigh is passionate about mentoring others and recently launched a course on how to wholesale real estate, a process that can be both lucrative and accessible with little upfront cash. In her first year of wholesaling, Haynes brought in over $226,000 in revenue just from her wholesaling efforts alone. I don’t come from money so I understand how hard it is to break the cycle. If I can help someone to do so, I certainly will,” says Haynes.
