Irene Iwerebon’s Self-Help Memoir About Energizing Evolution Exhibited at the L.A. Times Festival of Books 2023
Irene Iwerebon is the founder and advocate of the Xanderena Foundation, a non-profit charity in the United States and Nigeria. Throughout her life, she was a passionate writer and has kept journals of her experience as well as books for the underprivileged. Her first officially published work, “Evolving through the Process,” tells her life story and how she overcame challenges by the energy of positivity and self-love.
“This book is educational, engaging, interesting, and shows real life experiences. It is a funny yet serious expression of life. The author reminds us that we are all perfectly imperfect and we can love and accept ourselves 100% with all our flaws as we strive to become the best version of ourselves.”
The Los Angeles Times Festival of Books 2023 exhibited plenty of self-help books that encouraged self-love and belief in the power of positive energy. Among these is the first published book by Irene Iwerebon titled, “Evolving through the Process: Accepting Yourself 100% in a Perfectly Imperfect World.” The book got its exhibit with the support of ReadersMagnet, a self-publishing and book marketing company.
In “Evolving through the Process,” Iwerebon tells her story as a passionate writer who grew up between various places, from Lagos, Nigeria to London, England. She has experienced firsthand the struggles of self-acceptance and has found that the power of positivity was the key to helping her ‘evolve’ past that.
For her, life is a process that does not complete until one expires. It is an energy that attracts things based on one’s thoughts and habits. Everything is connected, even when it does not seem that way on the surface. And if one becomes more deliberate in choosing their thoughts and feelings, then even reality can be theirs to create. They will be the true designers of their own experience.
The thoughts in “Evolving through the Process” are just some of the lessons she shares in her daily life. Asides from writing, Iwerebon is also the founder and advocate of the non-profit charity The Xanderena Foundation. Through her work, she hopes to inspire others in less fortunate communities to also be creators of their own lives.
“Evolving through the Process: Accepting Yourself 100% in a Perfectly Imperfect World” is available at online book retailers such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble. For more information on Irene Iwerebon’s upcoming books and advocacy work, please visit her website at https://eyereneeswords.com/.
