Sue Ann Matinkhah’s Fun-Filled Children’s Book On the Wonders of Water Seen at Hong Kong Book Fair 2023 Exhibit
This year, children and young adult literature were the central focus of the Hong Kong Book Fair 2023. That made it a very ideal opportunity for environmental awareness author Sue Ann Matinkhah, whose book “Splish Splash Water” was exhibited, sharing its highly informative lessons with many visiting young readers.

At this year’s Hong Kong Book Fair, hundreds of colorful children’s books took center focus alongside hundreds other young adult novels as the event’s chosen theme. This was a tremendous opportunity for many colorful illustrators and writers to showcase their work to young reading audiences across Asia.
Among these was Sue Ann Matinkhah, a newly published author of pro-environment children’s stories. One of her recent books, “Splish Splash Water,” was even exhibited at the Hong Kong Book Fair 2023, courtesy of ReadersMagnet, a self-publishing and book marketing company.
As a longtime resident of Saginaw, Michigan, Matinkhah has an immense love for the natural world and the science behind it that continues to amaze young minds. In the case of “Splish Splash Water,” she tells the story of the Earth’s entire water cycle and how it travels everywhere. Asides from teaching kids about how water changes to different states, the book also shows how this lets water travel through all the different fun activities people do with it, such as taking baths, swimming in pools, water sport, etc.
