Pat A. Tamakloe, Ph.D. (“Dr. PAT”) is the President/Chief Executive Officer of GLOBAL REACH Leadership Institute, a Leadership Strategy Consulting and Training firm, and the founder of Leadership Transformers, a leadership literature enterprise based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As an organizational leadership expert, he has worked with many leaders and corporate executives in startups and small businesses across the United States (US) and abroad. He is a business leadership strategist, consultant, certified speaker, executive coach, team trainer, C-Suite Advisor, and podcast host.
