Dani Experience Event: The Most Up Close and Personal Experience with Dani García in the Skies of Madrid at Four Seasons

Haute cuisine is at its most intimate when blended with bar culture, where show-cooking is everything and where the culinary passions of the chef and diners intertwine for the most personal of interactions. With that in mind, at 8:30 pm on November 7 and 8, 2023, the bar on the seventh floor of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid will be transformed into the stage for an unparalleled experience with Chef Dani García and Ismael Paul, Executive Chef at Dani Brasserie, as they come closer than ever to their guests and offer a special live show-cooking menu.
The experience will begin with the “Fauna and Flora” aperitif, a board that includes sea urchin tartlet and green pea purée; coquina clams; goat crisp with ras el hanout; and yoghurt of foie gras, smoked sardine and baby peas. After this aperitif, guests will share a toast with the chef from Malaga before embarking on the adventure that is his “Mother” menu. The ten courses provide a journey through the culinary career of Dani García, from his most iconic creations to the latest ideas from his three-Michelin-star restaurant, as well as other dishes designed especially for this occasion.
The “Mother” menu will begin with a huge icon of Dani Brasserie, the Tomate Nitro with green gazpacho and baby shrimp tartare, followed by Dani García’s signature dish: anchovies with truffle. The next course will consist of his tin of caviar with celeriac and truffle; and smooth clams in Oloroso sherry beurre blanc. Confit of red mullet in manteca colorá with a roteña jus will be served as the fifth course and will precede a dish of eels in Amarillo and Palo Cortado sherry. Next will come the royale de foie gras, dove and sherry brandy, followed by the Burger Bull DG. For a sweet and memorable finish, the menu will include two desserts: the iconic Andalusian Freshness and chocolates and smoked treats.
Every dish on this menu forms part of a show at the bar, the most perfect of places to enjoy Dani García in action up close and personal.
