Leading Turks and Caicos Islands Real Estate Firm Regency International Estates Rebrands to Christie’s International Real Estate Turks and Caicos

Regency International Estates, an independently-owned boutique real estate firm that has served the Turks and Caicos Islands for more than 30 years, has renewed its exclusive affiliation with Christie’s International Real Estate and is rebranding to Christie’s International Real Estate Turks & Caicos. The name change is designed to more clearly highlight the connection between Regency and Christie’s International Real Estate, a partnership that has been in place for more than a decade. The change will also create greater brand awareness for Christie’s International Real Estate in the region as it continues to build out its Caribbean network, which currently includes affiliates in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the British Virgin Islands, St. Martin, Puerto Rico, Aruba, the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas, St. Barthélemy, and the Dominican Republic.

Led by Robert Greenwood and Walter Gardiner, the 12-person firm is based on the island of Providenciales and services the entirety of the Turks and Caicos, one of the top luxury destinations in the Caribbean. The firm is the leader for development sales in the islands. Within the last four years, Christie’s International Real Estate Turks and Caicos has represented hundreds of millions of dollars in new-construction luxury real estate, including the sold-out Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos Residences; Andaz Turks & Caicos Residences at Grace Bay; The Loren at Turtle Cove; and the St. Regis Residences on Turks & Caicos, set to break ground in 2024.
