All Three Life-Changing Books on Christian Ministry by Jamie Pulos-Fry Exhibited at the Guadalajara International Book Fair 2023

For many international publishers, the Guadalajara International Book Fair is the last major book fair to showcase their newest releases. It’s their chance to share the works of many authors, big or small, with eager readers in the Americas. Christian author Jamie Pulos-Fry is one of these many authors, and she had just managed to showcase all three of her books at the event.

“Your book is written from an honest and sincere heart which reflects the “token of grace” you are to so many people because of the trials you have had in your life and how God has brought you through them. We know as believers that God will use us to minister to others who face those same trials in the future because we have “lived it’ and came through as “gold” due to God’s refining.” Mrs. Nancy Lusk, Choir member at Lancaster Baptist Church, Lancaster, California

Every year, the city of Guadalajara, Mexico, hosts the largest book fair in the Americas and the last exhibition event on the itinerary for many international publishers: the Guadalajara International Book Fair, also known as Feria Internacíonal del Libro de Guadalajara (FIL).

This year, the Expo Guadalajara was once again filled with many avid readers, educators, and publishing representatives to explore big ideas and incredible stories.

Still, one could also find simpler and more spiritual books on display. A great example would be the works of Jamie Pulos-Fry, a Christian author from the Lancaster Baptist Church in Lancaster, California. She has published at least three books, and all were displayed at the Guadalajara International Book Fair 2023. The exhibit of her books was made possible with the help of ReadersMagnet, a company that supports self-published authors with publishing and book marketing services.

Each of Jamie’s books focuses on various ministries that she has personally been involved in. The first is “Encouraging A Friend with Our Trials,” a book that shares a very tragic, painful accident that she experienced and how she came to use that experience to forge a better relationship with God. This is then followed up by her second book “Servants Heart from the voice of a volunteer,” which talks about Christian volunteer work and how to navigate the sometimes foggy path to doing what God wants His servants to do. Lastly, there was “A Widow’s Cry,” a more specific guide to ministering to widows, complete with tips as well as dos and don’ts.

While many authors hope that exhibiting their books at the Guadalajara International Book Fair 2023 would lead to a wider reading audience, Jamie personally wishes to simply reach out and guide more Christians who happen to encounter her books, all of which are available on blurb.com.
