Date confirmed for Women’s FA Cup quarter-final
Details of our Adobe Women’s FA Cup quarter-final tie away to Everton next month have been confirmed.
Our second trip to Walton Hall Park this season will take place on Sunday 10 March with kick-off scheduled for 1pm (UK time) and the match will be shown live on BBC iPlayer and the FA Player.
We have faced Everton on two previous occasions already this season in the Barclays Women’s Super League, scoring three goals without reply in both outings.
Goals from Jessie Fleming, Sam Kerr and Aggie Beever-Jones secured all three points on our previous visit to Merseyside on a wet and windy afternoon in November.
In the reverse fixture at Kingsmeadow earlier this month, Erin Cuthbert added to a pair of penalties from Guro Reiten to help maintain our three-point lead at the top of the table.
