Reverend Paula J. Behrens is a retired pastor embracing a new purpose. Having served with heart and soul as an ordained elder and pastor within the United Methodist Church for over two decades and honed her skills as a certified Interim Ministry Specialist, today, she finds heself embarking on a path that intertwines spirituality with holistic wellness practices.

With a solid foundation in Christianity and English from Houston Baptist University, supplemented by a profound theological grounding through her Master of Divinity from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University, her academic journey has been enriching, to say the least. Furthermore, her passion for supporting others in achieving emotional and spiritual wholeness led her to complete specialized training at the Aroma Freedom Academy under the guidance of Dr. Benjamin Perkus, Clinical Psychologist.

Over the years, she had the privilege to guide and nourish the spiritual lives of communities in ten United Methodist churches across the Texas Annual Conference. She has three grown children and six grandchildren, all very precious to her.
