Apple Vision Pro Players Can Now Unite In Fully-Immersive Demeo Adventures

Resolution Games, the leading spatial games studio, today announced that Demeo for Apple Vision Pro is now available on the visionOS App Store (trailer). Players can interact with the game like never before by simply looking at objects and manipulating them with a pinch gesture. They can fully immerse themselves in the world of Demeo to cooperatively play with others in the Demeo community across supported devices.

With today’s launch, players on Apple Vision Pro can choose to play from a selection of two modes:

• Fully Immersive - Demeo can take players into the basement of the game with full support for Apple Vision Pro’s hand tracking, which allows users to switch between virtual gloves and real hands.
• Windowed mode (2D) - Allows players to play the game with friends in a windowed space within Apple Vision Pro so they can multitask and utilize other apps - such as watching Apple TV, using FaceTime, or other third-party apps. Windowed mode also includes support for GamePads.

Demeo’s fantasy tabletop strategy is a fully-immersive gaming experience for up to four players that challenges them to survive across five unique turn-based strategy adventures, each exploring a different setting in the fantasy world of Gilmerra. The game features classically styled solo and cooperative dungeon-crawling, as players build a four-character adventuring party from seven available hero types, then set out to explore corrupted lands while they battle monsters, leverage class-specific abilities, search for safe exit on their quest to uncover each adventure’s greatest evil, and discover the tactics that can lock it away for good.

Demeo is a cross-platform cooperative adventure for up to four players that recreates all of the magic and camaraderie of gathering around a tabletop with friends to do battle against the forces of evil. It is available across several platforms for supported devices, including iPad, Mac, Meta Quest, SteamVR, SteamPC, PlayStationVR2, PlayStation 5, Pico and the Epic Games Store, and now Apple Vision Pro.
