Elbert Russell, Ph. D., graduated from the University of Kansas with a Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology. He worked for the Veterans Administration Hospital for thirty-five years, first in Cincinnati and then in Miami, Florida, where he was Head of the Neuropsychology Department. He is retired and continues to publish in the field of neuropsychology.
