Van Damme re-elected in Belgium

Pascale Van Damme has been re-elected as Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA) president for a further two years.

Ms Van Damme joined the RBFA’s board of directors from the business world in June 2021, succeeding Paul Van den Bulck as president in May last year to become the first female president of the RBFA.

Ms Van Damme plans to continue raising the profile of Belgian football in the coming years, following last year’s joint Women’s World Cup bid alongside Germany and the Netherlands. She will focus on projects close to her heart, such as the growth of of women’s football, digitalisation, and extending international relations
