Alvan Quamina’s Book “Glory to Glory” Exalting the Name Most High Will Be Displayed at the 2024 Printers Row Lit Fest

The self-publishing and book marketing company ReadersMagnet will display the spirituality/inspirational book by Alvan Quamina, “Glory to Glory: The Indication and Identification of Jehovah-El Elyon,” at the 2024 Printers Row Lit Fest. The book event will take place on September 7-8, 2024, at Printers Row Park, 620 S Dearborn St (Ida B Wells & Polk), Chicago, Illinois.

Presented by the not-for-profit Near South Planning Board, the Printers Row Lit Fest is the largest free outdoor literary event in the Midwest. This two-day open-air festival draws over 100,000 attendees from across the country and the world as well as 100-plus booksellers displaying different types and genres of books and 200-plus authors participating in panels, discussions, and a variety of other programs. This community-based celebration for book lovers provides an opportunity for authors and publishing companies to showcase their works and products to a wide and diverse audience.

“Glory to Glory” is a contemporary study of the reality of Jehovah-Elyon, the Most High of heaven and earth. The book follows Jehovah from before the creation of the world to its final judgment when the new heaven and new earth await those who are worthy. It also examines the functioning of Lucifer as the morning star. Readers also get to see what happens to him after the rebellion.

In this book, the author presents Jehova-Elyon as the Father of the great heavens. It takes into consideration various views, including classical Christianity, Islam, Judaism, early African, and Hinduism. Readers can also learn more about Jehovah through the scriptures used in this book. The book essentially presents Jehovah-Elyon as the one “who is great and greatly to be praised, whose greatness is unsearchable.”

Author’s Biography:

Alvan Quamina was born and grew up in Trinidad & Tobago. He Attended St Crispin Elementary School in Wood-brook. Port-of-Spain, and High School at Naparima College in San Fernando, Trinidad. In 1956, he came to the United States and attended Northern Baptist Theological College and Roosevelt University in Chicago, graduating with a BA in History. He then went to Wheaton College Graduate School, where he graduated with an MA in Church History. He is a Minister of the Gospel, following in the footsteps of his Grandfather, father, mother, and uncle, and pastored churches in Lemon. Costa Rica and Trinidad, and was assistant Pastor of Mozart Missionary Baptist Church in Chicago and was Director of Door of Hope Rescue Mission in Chicago.
