Book on a Better Behaving Church by Dr. Christopher Powers Soon to Exhibit Overseas at the Frankfurt Book Fair 2024
The Frankfurt Book Fair is one of the largest publishing events in the world. A graduate of Anderson Theological Seminary in Camilla, Georgia, Dr. Powers has been serving churches across Arkansas for 18 years. In his book, he expresses his shock, shame, and disappointment in the behaviors he has witnessed within these institutions.
To make matters worse, these were behaviors not by the lost souls outside who probably don’t know better. These are scandalous quarrels over the most trivial things. He’s seen fights in councils over the length of a pastor’s beard. Others fight over the placement of parking lots and church clocks.
