Bonita Mitchell’s Fabulous and Powerful Faith Testimony All Set to Exhibit at Printers Row Lit Fest 2024
Bonita Mitchell is a singer and songwriter who calls herself a servant as well as a First Lady dedicated to living out her faith in Jesus. Through her testimony, she has been favored to work alongside, and many bigger celebrity entertainers such as Stevie Wonder and Whitney Houston. That same testimony was published as a book, which will be exhibited at this year’s Printers Row Lit Fest in Chicago as part of her mission to keep on spreading the Gospel.
The Printers Row Lit Fest celebrates Chicago’s own literary legacy with seminars, guest panels, and the featured works of many bestselling authors. However, they are just a small fraction of the many more independent authors who have signed up to exhibit their works and tell their own stories as well.

Mitchell is also an experienced singer and songwriter who has had the privilege of working with some of the biggest names in the business. But before that, she was but a shy, insecure little girl who grew up in a highly religious environment.
One day though, she found her two biggest challenges in life. The first was the divorce of her own parents and then a repeat of the same cycle in her own marriage. The latter then prompted her to move far away to California, where her musical talent landed her jobs working right alongside iconic celebrities such as Stevie Wonder, Bob Hope, Whitney Houston, and more.
Despite all that, though, her faith remained strong, and she saw for herself the darker, dirtier, and more devilish elements lurking beneath the glitz of the entertainment industry. Her book describes the means that any other believer in similar situations can really hold fast to their faith, continue to trust in God, and emerge stronger for it.
