Fluent Appoints Karen Piacentini to Board of Directors

Piacentini serves as board member and strategic advisor to fast growth healthcare technology companies after successful leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group for both Optum and UnitedHealthcare (UHC). As Senior Vice President at Optum, she led the Relationship Office and strategic alignment between Optum and UHC. As UHC’s Vice President of Network Solutions she led network analytics, strategy, and development for National Accounts, and as VP of Product for Employer and Individual, she oversaw product planning, strategy, and execution across all market segments. Prior to joining UHC, she was SVP Network Management and Clinical Operations for CIGNA Dental.

Piacentini also serves as a board member for NuvoAir, a senior advisor on Healthcare Private Equity Firm: TT Capital Partners Advisory Council and is a member of the Board of Advisors for Wellth among others. She previously served as a board member at ReThink First Enterprise Platforms & Tech Solutions in Behavioral Health (rethinkfirst.com) and is an investor and advisor to Bright Therapeutics . Her board work also includes educational institutions and not for profits; she was recently named as a member of the Board of Trustees at Scripps College in Claremont, CA.
