Samy Chouchane joins Northampton Town on loan
Tunisian midfielder joins Cobblers for the season.
Samy Chouchane has joined League One Northampton Town on a season-long loan.
The Franco-Tunisian midfielder has made 48 appearances for our under-21s, while he captained Shannon Ruth’s team last season.
Under-21s head coach Ruth said, “Samy has been an important player for our group for the last two years, so the next step for him is to continue his development in a first team environment, which we’re excited to see him make.
“Gordon Greer’s team will monitor him throughout the season, and we wish him well for the campaign.”
The midfielder was named in three first-team matchday squads last season, including two Europa League group stage matches.
