Penny M. Closser, a native of St. Louis, Missouri, is a proud product of the city’s public school system. Despite her humble beginnings, she has achieved significant academic success, earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix. Her life experiences, coupled with her academic achievements, have shaped her perspective on social justice, which she explores in her book, “Just a Thought About Social Justice.” Penny’s work is influenced by her close-knit family, including her three siblings and two nephews, who also reside in the St. Louis area.
