Edwin Edwards was born and raised in Pastoria/Sherrill, a small township in central Arkansas. He grew up in a dual educator’s household; his mother and father were teachers. His father was also a farmer. So, Edwin’s youth was full of discipline and hard farmwork. He found himself participating in Sunday School every Sunday morning. Therefore, Edwin grew up with solid values and an appreciation and respect for others. He received numerous awards in high school, some of which allowed him to travel abroad. Being a father, pastor, and a musician, Edwin, a true leader and innovator, has touched and inspired the lives of many people.
