Gorilla Logic Names Roberto Billa Chief Financial Officer

Gorilla Logic, a leading digital product engineering services firm, today announced that Roberto Billa has been appointed as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. As a member of the Gorilla Logic executive team, Billa will lead financial operations, supporting the company in providing U.S. enterprises with modern digital products and platform solutions.

Billa joins the company and assumes the role upon Rick Gaisser’s retirement. Gaisser has served as Gorilla Logic’s CFO since 2020 and has made outstanding contributions in financial leadership during his time with the organization. He is working with Billa to support the transition and will retire at the end of October 2024.

Billa is a highly accomplished, results-driven finance executive bringing 25 years of experience across a range of Fortune 50, mid-size, and start-up companies. His extensive work with technology and IT consulting organizations has included financial strategy, analytics, and operations, resulting in successful business transformation initiatives. With a focus on strategic process and revenue enablement, Billa will support the company as it delivers unparalleled value to clients with technology solutions across digital product development, cloud engineering, DevOps, QA automation, and data and AI.

Prior to joining Gorilla Logic, Billa served as Head of Finance, North America for ThoughtWorks, a technology consulting firm focused on custom software development and digital transformation services, where he was responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. Earlier, he held other financial leadership roles with software companies including Marsh ClearSight, The Savo Group, and CCC Information Services. He also spent nearly a decade with Intel Corporation in various finance roles. Billa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
