Author’s Biography
Amber Lenore Weaver is a 1995 graduate of Cypress College of Mortuary Science. She is a California-licensed Funeral Director, Embalmer, and Crematory Manager. Amber formerly was the General Manager of Alhiser-Comer Mortuary located in Escondido, California. She also worked as a Forensic Autopsy Assistant at the San Diego Medical Examiner’s Office— she was the first woman ever hired for this position in the history of San Diego County. Her last position in the profession was as the Lead Investigator for the State of California Cemetery and Funeral Bureau. She currently resides in Northern California in a house in the forest.
