Author of “Rowan Goes…” and daughter to Nana, Alison writes these books as much for herself as for her niece and the world. She says: “Losing my mom is the hardest thing I’ve ever dealt with. Bringing her to life in a children’s book series is my tribute to her and my opportunity to tell her story. Growing up, she was magical, a superhero of a mom, and I want the world to experience how special she was.”
