Theresa Wee from “Walk with a Doc – Oahu” Now Set to Exhibit Newest Book at the 2024 Guadalajara International Book Fair

For many global publishers, the end of the year is usually marked by a trip to Mexico for the Feria Internacional del Libro de Guadalajara (also known as the Guadalajara International Book Fair). It is the largest literature convention in the Americas, featuring the works of thousands of authors from the Western Hemisphere.

The book fair is also an opportunity for massive cultural exchange, leading some authors to see it as a great opportunity to educate visiting readers about the most pressing issues from their corner of the world.

A good example is Dr. Theresa Y. Wee, the founder of the non-profit “Walk with a Doc – Oahu.” Back during the pandemic crisis, she became an influential health blogger among Hawaiians online, offering daily encouragement to her readers about staying safe and fit.

Still, she has always had more to say based on her many decades as a practicing pediatrician and a mother of four.
