The Festival of Storytellers Returns with A Bang, With ReadersMagnet Rolling Out New Surprises for Both Authors and Viewers

The long wait is over for avid viewers of The Festival of Storytellers (TFOS)! The virtual book fair and literary celebration returns for the sixth season with a more ambitious program and exciting new additions and surprises for online fairgoers. TFOS Chapter 6 will be presented live via a livestream on https://www.thefestivalofstorytellers.com/ from January 20, 2025 to February 2, 2025, starting at 11am to 9pm EST.

The Festival of Storytellers Chapter 6 dazzles with the theme “Color Your World: Celebrating Stories in Every Hue.” In the months leading up to the virtual literary event, ReadersMagnet has been holding a series of social engagements to drum up hype and engagement in anticipation of TFOS Chapter 6.

From September 2024 till January 2025, a specific genre has been and will be celebrated with a different theme and a matching color and challenge. And in each monthly engagement, three winners will be chosen to be part of the month-end Book Shout Out, an interactive program that highlights new titles and authors, encouraging viewers to explore and purchase featured books via a QR code displayed on-screen.

The build-up for The Festival of Storytellers Chapter 6 is already in its fourth month. The month of December 2024 is dedicated to children’s books, with yellow as this month’s theme color. The challenge has kicked off with the theme “Brighten your world with yellow tales, where imagination sails.” Authors and followers can win by participating in this month’s selfie challenge.

Orange is the color for January 2025, with a literary focus revolving around power and leadership. The theme for the month will be “Unleash the vibrant power of orange in tales of leadership and influence.” The challenge will involve social media users posting answers for the question “What’s the most impactful page in your book?”

Unlike in the previous chapters, all sessions of The Festival of Storytellers Chapter 6 will be livestreamed only on one stage. This means there will be no multiple live sessions at a time, so as not to divide the attention of viewers or fairgoers.

Like its previous iterations, TFOS Chapter 6 will highlight the boldest, brightest, and finest storytellers the world has to know. The virtual book fair and literary celebration will have 42 round table discussions, 42 Author of The Hour sessions, 55 Book Plus sessions, 20 Book Shout Out sessions, and 7 Book Trivia sessions, all spread out over the course of 14 days. The livestream will start at 11am and end at 9pm EST.
